Preload key fonts, font-display: swap and minimise render-blocking CSS.
3. Cache and database
Page cache, object cache (Redis), cleaning autosaves and revisions, optimising heavy queries.

On a typical project these steps bring LCP below 2 seconds and consistently green metrics.
